On Saturday I decided to get back into my afternoon baking! I choose this recipe as it consists from ingredients that many of us can find knocking in our cupboard. With its peanut butter content and raspberries, this was a deliciously sweet and fulfilling bake with my cup of tea!

INGREDIENTS
200g oats
4 tbsp. Whole Earth Peanut Butter
3 large Bananas
3 tbsp. Coconut oil
2 tbsp. Honey
½ tbsp. Baking powder
3tbsp Milk
125g Fresh Raspberries

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Start by processing the oats into a flour with a mixer and add the baking powder.
3. Melt the coconut oil and set to one side.
4. In a separate bowl, using a fork mash the bananas, stir in the peanut butter, melted coconut oil and honey until fully combined.
5.Combine the oat mix and the banana mix together and stir until combined- the dough will be a thick and a little dry- now add in the milk and stir until a sticky dough texture is reached.
6.Stir in the fresh raspberries and spoon into a lined baking tin.
7.Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes until golden brown.
8.Remove and let sit for 30 minutes to set before digging in!
