You may have seen those yellow and black straps hanging from the walls of Go Fitness and wondered what the heck you do with them. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a body resistance workout that involves using your body weight and gravity. The handles can be manipulated to target different body parts, and the resistance can be increased or decreased simply by moving your body closer or further to the wall.
What I absolutely love about TRX is that your core…has to be engaged throughout the workout to stabilise yourself, adding an extra bonus to your workout! Other benefits of TRX training is that it develops your strength, endurance, balance and coordination, and all with limited chance of injury because you’re using your own body weight.
